PATIL, JJ DATE : 4th JULY, 2024 P.C. :- After the arguing the writ petition for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and challenge the impugned order by approaching Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. 2.
The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal within a period of seven days from today. In case, such proceedings are filed, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 19th April, 2024 till today shall be taken into consideration.

The statement made on behalf of the respondent nos. 6 and 7 that no further transactions would be entered into continued for a period of seven days from today. This is without prejudice to the rights of the parties.
