All these Petitioners claim to be close blood relatives from the paternal side. All have suffered the common judgment delivered by the Scrutiny Committee, dated 10.06.2024, rejecting their claims of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe category.

All these Petitioners are in employment. All are tendering their individual affidavits-undertakings, which are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification. In these affidavits, it is stated that the Petitioners would not claim increments/ promotions/ pay fixation/ service benefits of any nature whatsoever, until their claims are validated by this Court. Based on such affidavits-undertakings, they pray for protection of their services.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 05.08.2024. The learned AGPs waive service of notice on behalf of the Respondent/State Authorities in the respective petitions as mentioned in the cause title. Shri Pulkundwar, the learned Advocate, waives service of notice for the Respondents/Employers in the petitions, as mentioned in the cause title.

Since an affidavit-undertaking has been filed by each of these Petitioners, we direct their Employers not to terminate their services only for the reason that their claims have been invalidated. Copies of the affidavits-undertakings 'X-1' shall be supplied by the Petitioners to their respective Employers, within 15 (fifteen) days from today.
