This Writ Petition is filed by the husband, challenging the interim maintenance order dated 9 January 2024 passed by the Family Court, Solapur thereby granting maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2,500/- per month to the children, from the date of the application i.e. 7 December 2022.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is 1/3

called out. In the impugned order, the Court has considered the affidavit of assets and liabilities of both the parties and has thereafter passed the maintenance order.

In order to show his bona-fide, the Petitioner to deposit the arrears of maintenance amount as granted by the Family Court, Solapur, in its order dated 9 January 2024, within a period of six weeks from today before the Family Court, Solapur.

Subject to the Petitioner depositing the arrears of maintenance amount before the Family Court, Solapur, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 20 June 2024. Apart from the Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Subject to the Petitioner depositing the arrears of maintenance and further continuing to comply with the directions given by the Family Court, Solapur every month, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), till 2/3

next date of hearing.

Prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition reads as under :- "(b).

That pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the Order dated 09/01/2024 passed by the Learned Family Court, Solapur in Petition No.E-08 of 2021."

Place the matter on board on 20 June 2024.
