However, it is felt necessary to examine the provisions of the Maharashtra Portable Liquor (Periodicity and Fees for Grant, Renewal of Continuance of License) Rules, 1996. However, Learned AGP requests that the matter be stood over to November 17, 2025, so he could also take instructions on the treatment given to the other parties although his submission is a wrongful benefit given to others need not result in the same wrongful benefit being extended to the Petitioner.
