Having heard the Learned AGP, it is considered appropriate to grant two weeks' time to enable the Respondent to file a specific affidavit stating on oath all the cases in the year 2016-17, where the advance license fee paid by any licensee had been on the basis of a three yearly average number of cases being below 10 lakh cases, with the actual production for the year eventually exceeding 10 lakh cases. 2.
