Originally the above Petition was disposed of by an order dated 21st January 2025. By the said order, the order dated 29th January 2024 passed by Respondent No.3 was set aside the and Respondent No.3 was directed to allow the 111 Applications filed by the Petitioner for grant of scrips under the MEIS during the period June 2017 to August 2022 at the rate of 5% FOB value amounting to Rs.19,82,06,502/- within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the order, if otherwise found in order. Today when the matter is called out, we are informed that the order dated 21st January 2025 has been fully complied with. This is a statement made not only by Mr. Mishra, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent but also by Mr. Sanghavi, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. In light of the fact that our orders are now complied with, no further orders are necessary in the above Writ Petition. 3.
