These matters pertain to the dispute between the Petitioners- employees of the Respondent- Management as regards their claim of arrears based on revised pay. The learned counsel for the parties state that before proceeding akn 1/2

23.WP.6107.2024 .doc further they would explore the possibility whether the matter can be resolved through mediation. Accordingly, they have suggested the name of Mr. Rajiv Patil, Senior Advocate of this Court as a Mediator.

The Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center will contact the learned Mediator and provide necessary papers and thereafter, with consultation with the learned Mediator and the parties, will fix the schedule for Mediation. 4.

The learned counsel for the parties state that they will contact the Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center accordingly.
