Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is his submission that, the disqualification attached to his post by the order of the Collector was stayed during the pendency of the Appeal. He therefore, seeks ad-interim relief for continuation of the said stay. He also sought to make submission on the merit of the case. The order of the Appellate Court indicates that Appeal has been rejected on 22nd April 2024. There is nothing on record to show that, the stay granted to the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

910-WP-6111-2024.doc order passed by the Collector was extended thereafter. In view of this fact, this Court is not inclined to pass any order at this stage. 3.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.5 and 6Contesting Respondents seeks time for file affidavit-in-reply. Time granted.

The learned AGP waives service to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Issue notice to Respondent No.4, returnable on 27th August 2024.

Private service, in addition to the usual mode of service is allowed.
