Heard Mr. R.V. Naiknavare, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. He submits that by impugned order passed by District Inspector of Land Records, delay of 42 years is condoned. Further appeal itself is not maintainable before said authority, when the correction of record finalized under scheme of Consolidation Act is sought.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 06.08.2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2
