The counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 5 and 6 assures that reply shall be placed on record within one week. Statement is accepted. As far as the AGP appearing for the Respondents No.1 to 4 and Respondents No. 5 and 6 are concerned, prima facie their conduct of not processing the request of Petitioner post not only contrary to the Government Resolution dated 20th June, 2023 but also the directions issued at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.1881 of 2023 reflected in the aforesaid Government Resolution.

In this view of the matter, if the Respondents failed to take bonafide efforts so as to address the grievance made in the petition of the Petitioner by next date, the Court will be constrained to pass appropriate orders on the next date.
