Matter is circulated on a praecipe for urgent admission. When it is called out, a request is made on behalf of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner for adjournment.

The learned AGP states that a copy of this petition is not served on the Office of the Government Pleader. The Petitioner to serve a copy of this petition on the Office of the Government Pleader.

In the praecipe, it is stated that the Petitioner has received a notice from the Sub Divisional Officer, Walwa Division, Islampur in

Trupti 2 13-wp-6139-2024.doc respect of possession. However, notice is of the year 2021 and not 2024. Since the last notice is of the year 2021 and if the Respondents are proceeding to take possession of the Petitioner's residential premises, the Respondents will have to give a fresh notice. In that eventuality, liberty to apply for an early date. 4.
