Mr. Apte has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and waives service of notice. He states

Mr. Walia has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.5 to 9, 12 and 15, whereas Mr. Mohite has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.10, 11, 13 and 14. 4.
The notice on behalf of aforesaid Respondents have been waived by the respective counsel representing them. 5.
Let Affidavits-in-Reply be filed by the Respondents within four weeks. Two weeks thereafter shall be available to learned counsel for the Petitioners to file rejoinder, if any. 6.
In the meantime, it is directed that all other exercises under the impugned judgment and order dated 15th March, 2024, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Original Application No.991 of 2022 shall be undertaken by the official Respondents. However, if as a result of such exercise any reversion of the private Respondents is warranted, the same will be permissible to be done only with the leave of the Court.
