We have heard this matter for about one hour pre-lunch and post-lunch as well. However, it seems that the learned Additional Solicitor General and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents in both the matters intend to raise several contentious issues.

Mr. Ramesh Ramamurthy, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.6152 of 2024 and the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner-Union of India in Writ Petition No.18613 of 2024 are at liberty to apprise the Tribunal which is proceeding in contempt about the pending proceedings before this Bench.
