The Court on 30th April, 2024 granted time to the respondents to file their respective affidavits-in-reply within two weeks, however, till date no affidavit-in-reply has been filed.

Mr. Walia, learned counsel appearing for some of the private respondents states that the affidavit-in-reply is ready and same shall be filed within a week.

We, thus, permit the private respondents to file their affidavits-in-reply within a week after serving copy thereof upon the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. Apte, learned senior advocate representing the respondent nos.3 and 4 prays for further time of two weeks to file affidavit-in-reply on their behalf.
