Pursuant to the Order dated 16.12.2024 passed in writ Petition No.18613 of 2024, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has tendered a copy of Circular No. 01/2025 dated 02.01.2025. By this Circular, a Draft Common Seniority List of Inspectors (Examiner) of Mumbai and Goa Customs for vacancy year 2015-16 and 2016-17 has been published. The same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that within a further period of 2 weeks a better affidavit in terms of paragraph No.4 of the Order dated 16.12.2024 would be filed.

In view of the aforesaid, list for further consideration on 22.01.2025.

It is made clear that the exercise being undertaken pursuant to Circular dated 01/2025 would be subject to further orders in the present proceedings.
