Mr. Pujari submits that his client desires to comply with the directions given by this Court on 7 March 2024. He submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, his client was not able to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- within four weeks, therefore he seeks liberty to allow his client to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/-. 3.

Petitioner is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- within one week from today.
