After hearing the matter for some time, both the Advocates have agreed to place on record a copy of the Roznama of the Family Court, Nashik where the Section 9 Petition for Restitution and Conjugal Rights is pending as also the Roznama of the District and Sessions Court, Kalyan wherein the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 are pending. These Roznamas are to be placed on record inasmuch as the Civil Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the Applicant-wife praying for the transfer of proceedings filed in the Family Court, Nashik under Section 9 to the Kalyan Court for the reasons as set out in the Miscellaneous Civil Application. 2.

To enable the Advocates to file the said Roznama, stand over to 8th December 2025. Ad-interim relief, if any, shall continue to operate till the next date.
