In view of our order dated 19.01.2026 Advocate on record has filed the affidavit, wherein he has denied the statements which were made by petitioner before this Court, which have been reflected in our order dated 19.01.2026. He has also made a statement that by adopting the practice of mentioning personally before another Court they had got the circulation and when this Court had refused to give the circulation on 17.01.2026, they expressed to the Advocate representing them that they would mention the matter before this Court. The Advocate then states on oath that he had

6_WP_6186_2024 advised petitioner not to do such act and he had even offered No Objection to be given to petitioner and of engaging another Advocate of their choice. At present this is the stand or the sign that has been put forward by the Advocate on record. We would hear the petitioner before taking any further action.

Issue notice to petitioner.

We direct the Advocate on record to give a copy of present affidavit filed by him to petitioner and we want the response from petitioner in respect of the incidences those have been quoted. We make it clear that we do not want any such activities to take place before the Court of law which are not as per the rules and procedure. Even the Party-in-Person cannot take the Court for a ride. Though we had directed petitioner to remain present, she is not present and, therefore, we want the Advocate on record to serve the copy of affidavit to petitioner along with informing the next date that is given for petitioner to remain present before this Court.
