In view of our order dated 02.02.2026, the petitioner in person is present before the Court. Now, she states that she had not made such statement, which she had made on 19.01.2026. She tenders apology for the same. We have given her an understanding that she should not create such a situation and when it was not advised by her Advocate to do any such thing, then she should believe in the Advocate and listen to the advise given by the Advocate. In view of the clarification taken from the petitioner in person, we drop the show-cause notice issued to Advocate Mr. Rameshwar Bhagwat, who appeared for the petitioner. [1]

As per our order dated 08.01.2026, the matter is to come up on 09.03.2026. Accordingly, the matter be posted on that day only. 3.
The Advocate on record has filed the affidavit stating that he has completed the procedure and do not wish to appear for the petitioner. His appearance is discharged.
