Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that, Respondent No.6 has assured that representations dated 9th June, 2023 and 16th June, 2023, filed by the Petitioner, will be investigated and enquired into by the inquiry committee headed by Additional Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and on the basis of the findings recorded by the inquiry committee, further necessary action would be initiated against Respondent No.7. It is further submitted that the inquiry will be concluded within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
