Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wants to make a representation to the Bank as he was assured that such a representation would be duly considered by the Bank. In any case, we feel that in the interest of justice it would be appropriate if the Petitioner makes a representation which can be duly considered by the Respondent-Bank on its own merits and in accordance with law. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition for the present. PMB
