The learned advocate representing the M.I.D.C., shall take instructions as regards the purpose for which the plot would be utilised by the M.I.D.C.

This matter was heard on 11.07.2024 and closed for orders. We had expressed in the Court that the Writ Petition is dismissed and reasons would follow.
