Aggrieved by an order dated 27th April 2024 by which the Education Officer (Primary), Pay & PF Unit (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nashikrespondent no.4 declined to grant online Shalarth ID, the petitioners who were appointed as Shikshan Sevak have approached this Court. 2.

The objection taken by the Zilla Parishad, Nashik is that no proposal was forwarded through the Zilla Parishad seeking online Shalarth ID in name of the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners relies on an order passed in Writ Petition No.11615 of 2025 which concerns the Nashik Zilla Parishad. In that writ petition, a direction was issued by this Court to the Management for forwarding a proposal to the Education Officer who in turn shall forward the said proposal the Deputy Director of Education. 4.

Two weeks time is granted to carry out the amendment in the writ petition.
