In compliance of the order dated 10.05.2024, the Deputy Director of Education has filed its Affidavit as directed. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 would submit that there are certain inadequacy in the said Affidavit-in-Reply and certain facts have not been placed and brought on record to enable the Court to pass appropriate order in the Writ Petitions. Hence, Respondent No.1 would like to place the same before the Court by filing Affidavit to the said Affidavit of the Deputy Director of Education.

Respondent No.1 is directed by this Court to file Affidavit-inReply of the Deputy Director of Education. The said Affidavit shall be accepted by the Registry. It shall be filed in the Registry within a period of one week from today. Copy of the same shall be served on all the parties to the proceedings by the Advocate for Respondent No.1. 4.
