The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that 'one step pay scale' that was granted to them in the light of the government resolution dated 06.08.2002 has been abruptly stayed and the recoveries have been made. 3.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 24.07.2024. 4.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for all the respondents. 5.

The petitioner shall add the management and the establishments as respondents. The amendment is to be carried out within one week. 6.

No recoveries shall be made hereinafter till the decision in the petition.
