Liberty to amend the petition to challenge the work order and implead the party in whose favour work order has been issued is granted to the petitioner. He shall accordingly move an appropriate interim application for the said purpose. 2.

We also direct that the copy of the work order and details of the party in whose favour the work order has been issued shall be furnished by the learned counsel representing the respondent no.1 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner during the course of the day.
