Mr. Bobade, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that father-in-law and brother-in-law of the petitioner alleged to have encroached upon the Government land. However, such property is wrongly registered as Gavthan land in the name of Grampanchayat. He would submit that no specific finding is arrived that petitioner resides alongwith the alleged encroachers although they are relatives of the petitioner. 3.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 7.8.2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.
