Mr. Sharma, the learned Counsel for the Respondent makes a grievance that despite the order dated 3rd September 2025, the Petitioner has removed the child to Mathura.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the child is presently in Mathura.

4. Let the Petitioner appear before this Court in person on 20th February 2026, "High on Board".

Today petitioner appeared in person through VC and seeks short accommodation as her Advocate is not in a position to appear in Court today.
