Learned counsel for the appellant has joined through Video Conferencing. He is unable to understand the query made by the court.

There are serious allegations made by the parties against each other. The question before this court is regarding minor child of 7 years old. The Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 16th December 2024 has granted visitation rights and has further directed that the arrangement as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court shall continue till disposal of the appeal.
