There is already an order passed for hearing the appeal at admission stage. The Hon'ble Apex Court has issued directions regarding access to be continued during the pendency of the appeal.

This court tried to mediate between the parties to arrive at some solution for arranging the visitation venue. However, the parties have serious grievances against each other and they are unable to even arrive at a neutral place for availing visitation rights as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The parties have a serious dispute about the interpretation of time permitted by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hence, this court suggested that creating bonding Page no. 1 of 2
37-ao-850-2024.doc between the child and father is more important than the time period for the visitation hours. Hence, this court suggested that the father should at least start meeting the child. However, there are serious allegations made by the mother that the respondent-father is trying to misuse the visitation rights and the child is not comfortable. Hence, this court has suggested that the parties should go for counselling. However, learned counsel for the respondent has serious apprehensions about all the suggestions made by this court. Hence, it will be appropriate that the appeal be finally decided as already directed by this court on 29th November 2024. 3.
The Hon'ble Apex Court has already issued directions for visitation rights, hence, no further directions are necessary at this stage.

List the appeal for final disposal at admission stage on 2nd May 2025.
