The Petitioner is challenging the Order dated 18.07.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khed, Ratnagiri in Civil Misc. Application No. 1 of 2022 filed by the Petitioner under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for amendment of the Judgment and Order dated 21.06.2021.
