The petitioner who claims to be lessee of the 4th respondent seeks re-connection of the electricity supply that is stated to have been disconnected in November 2023. By referring to the earlier order passed in Writ Petition No.15244 of 2022 (Kavita Industries vs. The Executive Engineer, MIDC & Ors.) it is submitted that without any justifiable reason, the electricity supply to the petitioner has been disconnected. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 02/05/2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent No.5. The respondent Nos.1 to 3 to indicate the amount of dues, if any, 1/2
