It is made clear that the aforesaid arrangements shall not result in the Petitioner claiming any equities in its disputes with Respondent No.4.

It is made clear that any other operational charges or fees that may be payable in accordance with law, shall be paid by the Petitioner. Such amount shall be indicated by Respondent No.1 to the Petitioner at the earliest, which shall be paid by the Petitioner forthwith and in any event, within a period of one week from today.

The Petitioner also undertakes that going forward he shall pay the electricity dues as and when the bills are raised. 5.
