We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time.

Presently, the grievance of the Petitioner is the nonconsideration of its application dated 1st April 2024 seeking renewal of its explosives license. It is urged that though this application was physically submitted on 1st April 2024, same is not being concerned. 3.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.4 submits that the shortcomings in the said application will have to be cured by the

Tauseef 914-WP.6283.2024.doc Petitioner. It is, however, seen that as of today, the Petitioner has not been called upon to submit any further documents. In these facts, the following directions are issued:- (i) Within a period of one week from today, the Respondents shall communicate the shortcomings, if any, in the Petitioner's application for renewal dated 1st April 2024. The same shall be communicated by a written communication.

(ii) Within a period of 7 days of receiving aforesaid communication, the Petitioner shall supply the shortcomings independently.

(iii) Within a further period of two weeks from curing the shortcomings, the Respondent No.1 shall decide the same and communicate its decision to the Petitioner. 4.

Stand over to 18th June 2024.
