We have heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. 2.

Mr. Anturkar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner intends to apply for renewal of the quarrying permission. In this view of the matter, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all contentions as urged in this petition, in the event the quarrying licence/permission is granted to the petitioner.
