Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. He had raised the challenge to the order dated 3rd August, 2023, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane, directing to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the daughter.

The learned advocate appearing for the respondent submits that, petitioner is regularly making payment of the amount as directed by the Family Court, Thane.
