Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed speaking to minutes for removing the word 'misconceived' in paragraph no.8 of the order dated 6th September 2024. 2.

The said order is passed after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the relief sought by way of interim relief, the prayer clause (b) was rejected by observing that the prayer was misconceived. I do not see any reason to correct the word 'misconceived' by way of speaking to minutes. Hence, prayer is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to respond to the settlement offer given by the respondent. At her request, stand over to 23rd October 2024. To be listed under the caption for 'settlement'.
