Mr. Kantawala states that the revenue has passed an order dated 28th June 2024 provisionally releasing the impugned goods which is the subject matter of petition.

Mr. Kantawala states that petitioner will file an appeal against the said order dated 28th June 2024 and seeks leave to withdraw petition. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
