On the last date, learned senior counsel for the petitioners had tendered copy of an application filed before the appellate Court under Rule 41 Order 27 of Code of Civil Procedure. However, the documents referred to in the list of documents part II was not tendered. The application for additional evidence tendered before this Court on 7th August 2025 pertains to an appeal filed by Channabasappa S. Hotanahalli. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the same application is filed in all these petitions, which are heard by this Court. He therefore submits that all these petitioners would rely upon the same application which was tendered on 7th August 2025 because all the applications are same. 2.
So far as the incomplete copy is tendered on 7th August 2025 is concerned, he submits that he shall file copies of the documents mentioned in the list of documents part II in this Court by 19th August 2025. He submits that he shall serve the copies to the learned counsel for the corporation by 19th August 2025. 3.
Learned counsel for the corporation submits that after verifying the documents that will be supplied, he shall file an affidavit-in-reply by 26th August 2025 and also serve a copy to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

List these petitions on 4th September 2025.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to remove Exhibit A from all these petitions. Leave granted. Exhibit A shall be permitted to be removed within one week from today. (GAURI GODSE, J.)
