Learned counsel for the corporation points out that in order dated 28th July 2025 inadvertently the title of Appeal from Order No. 407 of 2024 is added. Hence, the title of order dated 28th July 2025 be corrected by deleting the title of Appeal from Order No. 407 of 2024. Original order to be corrected and the corrected order be uploaded. 2.

I have substantially heard the learned counsels for the 2/3

parties. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to file their compilation of judgments which he would want to rely to support his submission on the applicability of Section 53A of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. He is permitted to file a short note of the arguments made today along with the supporting judgments. Compilation shall be given to the learned counsel for the corporation in advance.
