The extension of time of four months to decided Special Civil Suit No.11 of 2010 as requested by learned Trial Court Judge stands allowed. However in view of timeline in the present case and after hearing Mr. Bhide, I am clearly of the opinion that Defendants are using all possible dilatory tactics to delay the hearing of the present Suit proceedings. Therefore learned Trial Court Judge seized with the matter is requested to ensure that trial is completed and no further extension is sought by Trial Court beyond the period which is sought by present requisition.

Copy of this order shall be placed before Principal District
