Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondents seek time to submit response, which prayer, in our opinion, need not be granted as we propose to dispose of the Petition by passing an innocuous order. 3.

The only prayer made in the Petition is to decide the Application of the Petitioner which was submitted online in relation to grant of registration by the Respondent No.2 board. 4.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the claim BGP.

of the Petitioner for grant of registration in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of this order.

Needless to clarify that while deciding the Application, the directions issued vide order dated 8th February, 2017 in Writ Petition No.2939 of 2016 (Pune District Suraksha Raksha General Kamgar Union Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) be also taken into account, a copy of which the Petitioner undertakes to supply before the authority.
