After hearing counsel for both sides, there is unanimity between them that the request of the Petitioner herein of acceptance of the affidavits has not been decided by the Authority. Hence, the Authority is hereby directed to decide the said issue as well as the entire proceeding in view of the order passed by this Court dated 6th February 2024 in Writ Petition No.4495 of 2023. Having regard to the nature and scope of the enquiry contemplated by Section 36(2) of the Act, it is expected N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for both sides make statement that both the parties would appear before the Authority on 26th August 2024 at 11.00 a.m. No separate notice is required to be issued to both parties.

It is clarified that, the orders impugned in this Petition shall not came in way of the parties to agitate their respective grievances before the Authority in accordance with law. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

All pending Civil and Interim Applications are disposed of.
