Leave granted to the Petitioners to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the draft amendment. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Subject to the Petitioners depositing an amount of Rs.10 Lakh with Respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken for recovery of the amounts indicated in the order dated 6th May 2024. The Respondent No.3 shall issue necessary challan to the Petitioners to facilitate such deposit. 3.
