LATA SUNIL PANJWANI The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the communication dated 8th May 2024 of the Competent Authority and District Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai. The Petitioner has prayed for setting aside the order dated 15th April 2024 passed by Respondent No.3 - District Deputy Registrar. 2.

In view of the communication dated 8th May 2024, since no final order was passed as on the date of filing of the petition, the petition is misconceived. In the communication dated 8th May 2024 which is placed on record by the learned AGP, it has been stated that 1 /2

In such view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to Petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies if the same is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner.

All contentions raised in this petition are kept open. It is expressly made clear that we have not considered any of the submissions raised in this petition on merits. 5.
