Issue notice to the respondent No.3, returnable on 15 July 2024.

Prima facie it appears that a clause in the partnership deed maintains petitioner's exclusive right over Gala No.230 which is the subject matter of the present writ petition. The Civil Court in a suit for dissolution has not recognized claim of respondent No.3. 3.

Hence, until further orders there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

However, it is made clear that pendency of the present writ petition shall not preclude the revisional authority from deciding the revision application.
