: AMIT BORKAR, J.

DATED : NOVEMBER 10, 2025 P.C.:

1.

The writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 154B-9 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Minister for Cooperation, Mantralaya, Mumbai. 2.

This Court by order dated 30 April 2024 granted ad-interim relief in favour of the petitioner, clarifying that pendency of this writ petition shall not preclude Revisional Authority from deciding revision application. However, it appears that the revision is not yet decided.

3.

It will, therefore, be in the fitness of things that the revision application is directed to be decided within time-bound program.

51-wp6464-2024.doc 4.

The Minister is, therefore, requested to decide the revision application within six months from today.

5.

The ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 30 April 2024 shall remain in force till the disposal of the revision application, and for a period of six weeks thereafter in case the revision is decided against the petitioner.

6.

With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
