After the matter was argued for some time, by way indulgence, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, it has been agreed that access of daughter "Aarya" will be given by Respondent (father of Aarya) to the petitioner (maternal aunt of Aarya) residing at Kalyan tomorrow i.e. 3 May 2024 at 12.30 p.m.

Aarya will remain in the house where petitioner is residing at Kalyan from 3 May 2024 till 6 May 2024. On 6 May 2024 "Aarya" would be handed over back to the respondent (father Amol D. Nawale

908-WP-6468-2024.doc of Aarya) around 6.00 p.m. in the evening at Nashik. 3.

Respondent (father of Aarya) would be allowed to have a video access with his daughter Aarya on this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, evening at around 8.00 p.m. till 8.30 p.m. 4.

Petitioner (maternal aunt) undertakes to this Court that she will take care of minor daughter Aarya to best of her ability and in case she finds some difficulty, she would immediately call up respondent (father of Aarya) for necessary assistance. 5.

Both the parties submit that they will act in the interest of minor "Aarya".
