The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has opened his submissions with a request that after this Petition was filed, a representation dated 18th November, 2024 has been filed with Respondent No.2. Three Judgments of this Court, which are set out below Paragraph No.12 in the memo of this Petition, are sought to be relied upon for deciding the representation. He submits on instructions that the Petitioners desire that the representation be decided and after an order is passed on the representation, if aggrieved, they would approach this Court.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

The representation (copy of which is tendered across the bar) dated 18th November, 2024, which is marked as 'X' for identification, be considered by Respondent No.2. We grant liberty to the Petitioners to place on record before Respondent No.2, the copies of the three Judgments referred to in Paragraph No.12, in the memo of this Petition. Respondent No.2 would deal with the representation by considering the law applicable and the policy of the State Government, and pass a reasoned order within 60 days from today.
