Mr. Fernandes appearing for the petitioner / wife submits that the copy of the petition was served on the respondent. Mr. Fernandes, submits that he will serve hard copy of the petition on advocate Mr. Saiyed in the course of the day. 2.

In the meanwhile, the respondent / husband will get access of the minor daughter Advika on 4 May 2024 between 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at complex of Family Court, Bandra Mumbai.
